InterBinary Support System

In order to provide our customers with the best service, we now have in place an Automated Support Helpdesk.

This allows you to send queries or reports of suspected problems directly to us and track progress as our team handle your query.

It also allows both the customer and InterBinary to monitor support access and provision against agreed support contracts and service levels.
